This joint project of WLI and the Lassalle Institute will explore the gifts of wisdom we have to offer through our leadership as we become more integrated, with our feminine as strong, vital and visible as our masculine aspects. Women play a key role in weaving this wisdom into leadership that will provide balance in today's world. Held in this unique and beautiful Swiss retreat center, run by Jesuit and Zen practitioners the Retreat will include learning from inspiring Women Leaders, group and individual inquiry and reflection, and practices for blending contemplation and action.
