1. EXPLORATION
Rather than holding up particular individuals or teachings as “wise”, the Wisdom Leadership Initiative (WLI) holds a spirit of inquiry around the questions of “what is feminine wisdom” and in particular, “what is wise feminine leadership”. We are also committed to committed to learning how women and men around the world are expressing feminine wisdom and the results produced from an integrated wisdom that includes both the feminine and masculine.

2. INSPIRATION
Through our programs, publications and communication, the Wisdom Leadership Initiative opens dialogue about what we unearth in our explorations, so it can be broadly discussed and applied. We disseminate what we learn to encourage others to explore the subtle hard-to-penetrate questions of the often unseen feminine wisdom.

3. COLLECTIVE REFLECTION
The WLI sponsors, designs, and hosts various gatherings for collective reflection. Through events, retreats, and ongoing circles, leaders engage in deep and lively dialogical conversation and experiential learning to increase their understanding of feminine wisdom, and capacity for an integrated wisdom in their own lives and leadership.
