As an organizational consultant and leadership coach, Karen works with Communicore to bring out the best in leaders and organizations in order to address the foremost challenges of our times. Since 1980 we have partnered with non-profit and for-profit endeavors to expand their rich potential, build thriving communities, create sustainable enterprises, and establish cooperative partnerships that promote the common good.
Extraordinary action results from the natural meeting of minds and hearts in the focused and authentic dialogue we moderate. Innovative thinking is encouraged and because underlying restrictions are addressed issues are objectively resolved. Past clients include Dupont, Santa Clara County Executive Group, and Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Karen was on the founding Board of the Spirit in Business Global Institute and the Trusteeship Institute, and is a Fellow of the World Business Academy.
Her work on organizational change and spirit-filled leadership has been widely published, and she is a frequent speaker at leading-edge forums on Cultivating Spirit, Feminine Wisdom and Wisdom at Work. In 1990 she co-organized and facilitated an International Conference on Intuition in Business with WBA and the IMI in Geneva, Switzerland, and she moderated the 2002 and 2003 Spirit in Business Global Conferences and produced the 2003, 2004 and 2005 forums: The Wisdom and Power of Women Leaders.

groups.
Joanne’s work draws upon many disciplines, including 16+ years study with Angeles Arrien, plus 30+ years of her own leadership/life growth. Her background includes 17 successful years in IT sales, her last ten in the IBM plug-compatible mainframe business, where she achieved #2 nationally with $30M+ in her last year.

Fay has been
coaching executives and entrepreneurs in Life Design for
Success and Fulfillment for the past 18 years. Her clients
have included women and men from various sectors, including
health care, entertainment and non-governmental environmental
groups.
For more than twelve years, Fay was an executive for The Hunger Project, a global not-for-profit dedicated to ending hunger on the planet. During those years, she personally raised over $3 million, and managed a volunteer network that grew to a thousand people in 40 cities around the United States.
In 1994, Fay co-founded and was President of The Center for Women’s Leadership, whose purpose was to empower women to realize their personal power and to manifest their most heartfelt visions. Over the course of seven years, hundreds of women from all walks of life across the U.S. participated in the programs offered by the Center.
She has lived in Novato, CA with her husband and extended family for more than 12 years and is the mother of two college age sons.

that works for them. As part of this work, Amy designs
online environments and helps people build community online.

An enthusiastic proponent of both nature and technology,
Amy is the designer/editor for ‘Gatherings’,
an EcoPsychology e-zine, and the international coordinator
for LowTide, an annual environmental festival. Amy has
an MA in English Literature, and has had an active spiritual
practice with the Arica Institute over the last 30 years.
Her passion is in the field of creativity and imagination,
finding ways to illuminate our sense of connection
with each other, the elements of the natural world, and
the mystery that sources all life.

Pele Rouge
is a carrier and teacher of an ancient body of Earth
Wisdom Teachings which were passed to her in a formal,
8-year apprenticeship by WindEagle and RainbowHawk of
Ehama Institute.
She and her husband FireHawk guide individuals and groups in personal retreats, vision quests and seasonal and teaching ceremonies designed to foster clarity, vision, strength and balance for the journey ahead.
She is a contributing author to Community Building and author of the DVD, Never Shout At A Bear. Pele, the mother of three daughters and stepmother of three sons, teaches and lives at Coyote Ridge in the Santa Cruz Mountains
Her professional background includes service in the Peace Corps, wide acclaim for her work as a Continuing Education Specialist at University of California Extension, Santa Cruz, and 2 years as Senior Context Designer for the International Center for Organization Design.
