A pioneering community of women leaders gather
at The Wisdom and Power of Women Leaders dialogues. These
dialogues are held in conjunction with conferences and
other events that are themselves an inquiry into the importance
of wisdom in leadership. None are currently scheduled.
Retreats
with Strategic Partners
We produce retreats both in the USA and
in Europe, to inquire, strengthen, share and learn about
feminine wisdom, and the application of wisdom principles
in business processes and leadership.
Research
and Publications
We are documenting the stories, sucesses and challenges
of women who lead from a connection with their essential
wisdom. A written summary of the interviews will be produced
in articles and a book, accompanied by photographs and
artwork illuminating their words. Our intention is to change
our understanding of what is possible when feminine wisdom

must understand that you really have to be who you say you
are and that you really do have to walk your talk. So to
be a good leader these days, one must be a person of extraordinary
integrity and clarity. That includes knowing what you stand
for, knowing what you believe in, and coming to the realization
that you cannot do it alone.
