The Wisdom Leadership Initiative is a non-profit, non-partisan, non-sectarian network building community and offering research, products and services that honor, develop and activate the wise feminine around the world.

We believe that everyone has the potential to be wise—and we are certain that if ‘wisdom’ does not include feminine wisdom, as well as masculine wisdom, it is incomplete.

We believe that it is the small and wise, personal actions that provide the kind of leadership the world needs at this time.

The Wisdom Leadership Initiative is a project of the Trusteeship Institute, Inc. (TI), a 501(c) 3 tax exempt foundation, committed to economic and social progress based on the theory that we are all the trustees of our skills and wealth and not their owners. TI supports projects and people who make being a trustee of the common good their first priority, with self-interest as the second priority. TI is best known for its work to develop employee-owned companies based on the Mondragon Model and in the development of vehicles for socially responsible investment.
